CrossFit workouts can be damn hard. They can be sweaty, murderous affairs. But when you’re in the midst of a giant set of burpees and box jumps, you find a rhythm to the sport that helps carry you through. 

“W.O.D.” is our ode to the sometimes-musical nature of CrossFit workouts. We paired Luz Fleming’s sound design with a visual treatment inspired by underground skater films to create a spot that echoes our experience with those beasts at Brooklyn CrossFit. Produced and edited by Stack.
